I. CAMPING IS FREE…..BE AWARE THERE IS NO HOOK-UPS

II. RULES: The above tenant agrees to abide by the rules below and the attached statement of rules and policy.

1. This is an RV park for temporary use only. You may park on Wednesday and must be out of the RV area on Sunday afternoon unless other arrangements are made.

2. Children are welcome at our RV Park. We ask that you please be responsible for your children and ensure that they are under supervision at all times. They are to be courteous of other tenants and of their property.

3. There is a quiet time between the hours 2 Hour following the last checkered flag and 7:00 a.m. There should be NO generators, loud music or excessive noise that can be heard from a distance of at least 20 feet. Offensive parties may be cited and/or evicted.

4. Park your vehicle directly in front of your RV. Your vehicle can not block any driveways, access to other sites. There are to be no more than two vehicles per RV.

5. There are no laundry facilities. Do not hang clothing around RV.

I have read the Manzanita Speedway RV/Camping Area Rules and Policies and agree that my group will observe these Rules and Policies for the duration of our stay. It is understood that Manzanita Speedway assumes no responsibility whatever for private property left in the RV Park or on any other area of the RV/Camping Area Rules and Policies; and that Manzanita Speedway is hereby expressly released and discharged from any and all liability for any loss, injury or damage to person or property which may be sustained during the term of this Agreement.
